Yes, it is true. Around 2012, our domain was stolen (hijacked) from us and converted to a DRUG site. We were devastated but could do nothing to regain our name. So we walked away and chalked it up to experience.
One year later, the hijacker didn’t pay for the domain and it was put back on the market. Even though life has changed since we lost our domain, we decided to put the site back on the web as a reminder of a great business and to thank our loyal customers who visited us so often.
If you have a domain name, you should be very careful. Make sure your email addresses for the domain registration are correct; make sure to use good passwords; make sure to lock your domain so it can’t be moved or changed.
